What we collect

When you request a consultation we collect your name, email, phone number, ZIP code and project address, plus anything you write in the message field. We also collect basic, anonymous site analytics.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your request, schedule a consultation and prepare your project proposal. We do not sell your information.

Budget planner data

The choices you make in the budget planner stay in your browser until you attach them to a consultation request. Attached plans are used only to prepare for your consultation.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@haldenrow.com.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not identify you personally. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not share your data with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Consultation requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep records longer.
