Halden & Row started in 2008 with two people and one parlor floor in Carroll Gardens. Today 26 designers, project managers and carpenters work from our Atlantic Avenue studio.
Our story
We build the way we’d want our own houses built.
Elena Halden trained as an architect and spent a decade watching good drawings get lost in construction. Marcus Row ran job sites and watched good builders work from bad drawings. In 2008 they put both jobs under one roof and one price.
That is still the whole idea: one team, one schedule, one number you can plan around.
