The story
Four floors, one plan.
The house had been cut into rooming units in the 1980s. The new owners wanted it back as a single family home with real bedrooms, a proper kitchen and modern systems.
We took the house back to its structure, replaced every line behind the walls, and restored the stair, the mantels and the cornices that had survived.

Floors: restored heart pine and new white oak
Millwork: restored originals with matched new pieces
Kitchen: semi-custom cabinetry with natural stone
