The story
Less wall, more light.
The kitchen was a long, dark corridor. We removed the upper cabinets on one side, ran a single wall of tall storage on the other and cut a skylight into the roof above.
A slim counter and two stools turned the end of the room into the place everyone stands.
Materials
Cabinetry: painted slab doors in Moss
Counters: quartz in a soft stone finish
Lighting: recessed warm-white with a brass pendant
